They play Original Material and Covers and are available for Bookings in the South of England Now!
They were initially formed around July 2004 after Mark Johnson and Mark Rood kept bumping into each other at parties’s saying they would get together and do something. They each threw a couple of their own songs which they had written Into the mix and a friend of Mark Roods ‘Colby Sipson’ joined the band as the bass player.
After a few weeks of practice they had there first 3 track acoustic gig at the 'V bar in Wokingham which went well and after a few acoustic gigs Even After were actively looking for a drummer and eventually ‘Lee Alloway’ of funk band Kaldera offered his services and stayed with the band From Jan 2005 till about September 2005 when his multi band commitments proved too much. It was not until around august 2006 that Another drummer was found in the form of 'Chas Allen'.
Even
after
had a few electric gigs with this new line-up until around Jan 2007
when Colby Sipson Decided to find pastures new. A new bass player was
promptly found in the form of 'Bob Brockwell' who
had his
first gig with even after in April 2007 and his first full gig just 4
days later. Now to the Current day even after are still playing gigs
and starting to work on some new material with a minor setback for the
beginning of 2008 as Chas ended up in plaster after rupturing his
Achilles tendon playing squash with Mark Rood. This has now healed and Even After are back, gigging and raring to go.
